As mentioned the proposed key deliverable of the Knowledge Alliance project will be a career framework focused on enabling individuals and organizations to accelerate the diffusion of innovations from ideation to market saturation for a wide range of products / services in high value manufacturing. Dear all - as we have discussed the starting point for our living systems "expedition" is the concept of value networks analysis which has three basic compenents (a) a role describing a behavior, (b) tangible deliverables shared from one role to another, and (c) intangible deliverables shared from one role to another. Two roles connected by at least one deliverable being shared are a "molecule" - the smallest building block whereby the iving systems view becomes relevant the moment molecules begin connecting.  The best learning happens when molecules are built during a conversation, however it can help to introduce catalogs of roles and deliverables once the basic approach has been learned in experimental manner. Dear all – this single page high level overview of ADI-HVM has developed out of many discussions in the last days and seems to work well to share the journey we are on. The slide is available in the LinkedIn group (plus circulated via email and needs to be viewed in presentation mode in Powerpoint please. The first “sequence” of animations shows the 6 whole product life cycle steps from ideation through to maintenance/repair/overhaul (MRO) which is sort of product focused.
