ADI-HVM Workpackages, Deliverables and Milestones (Draft)

Dear all - this post shares a first draft of the complete workpackages, activities and deliverables. We are in the process of formalizing / agreeing workpackage ownership and those owners will be working on finalizing their activities / deliverables, estimating the time needed, estimating the workdays needed, determining the worst / most likely / best time requirements plus any risks associated with those.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT (DURATION: 36 MONTHS / 1000 DAYS)

Day-to-day project organization
Day-to-day project marketing and communications
Day-to-day management of project technology platforms
Day-to-day management of project financial activities
Day-to-day data management based on project website content management system (incl. Stakeholder communications)
Coordination of project meetings (incl. documentation of activities and results)
Coordination of regional workshops and events (incl. documentation of activities and results)
Change management of project plan, resources etc.
Create / coordinate and submit all necessary reports to funding agency
Create / implement intellectual capital reporting framework for activitie and deliverables

WP 1 CREATE SIMULATOR (AIM: 9 MONTHS)

WP 1.1: Activity - Create initial simulation model and generic input template based on product lif cycle management software from key players such as Siemens and SAP (Note: May be within Vensim.com PLE but populated through import of Excel based template. Includes instances for Development, Test and Production with relevant change management processes - may be managed via Sourceforge)

WP 2 NEEDS ANALYSIS (AIM: 6 MONTHS)
