What is the role of Business Participants in our Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance Proposal ADI-HVM?

Dear all – as we move to finalizing the proposal in the next weeks please see the description of the role of the business participants. There will be separate conversations started to clarify any details and after February to actually launch into the project – albite slowly since funding will not be available yet. The following text is included in the proposal for every business participant – note that the limit is 1500 characters with spaces- Modular origami image from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Origami and perhaps illustrating the challenge of folding the participation of various roles into an effective symmetry.

“This is a business participant in the project and primarily responsible for providing a case study at the outset of the project, verifying the robustness of the simulation tool developed, verifying the robustness of the design principles created, validating the overall simulation model in practice and piloting the career framework as it develops. The participant will support a single two hour virtual workshop for WP9 and separate minimum one day face-to-face workshops each for WP8 (Create Simulation), WP10 (Case Studies and Validation), WP11 (Identify Variables and Game Changers), WP13 (Create Design Principles for Innovative Ideas) and WP14 (Validate Research Findings) which will either be hosted at their participating regional institute of higher education or on their premises with a minimum of two participants. Furthermore, support for WP6 (Create Career Framework) is required in the form of creating / piloting a structured ideation case study and by continuously acting as pilot users for learning solutions developed. The effort involved in supporting WP6 (Create Career Framework) will be integrated with face-to-face workshops and supported by self-paced and web-based micro-learning solutions. As a business participant they are furthermore invited to annual team events at their own costs and voluntary participation in WP3 (Quality Assurance), WP4 (Effectiveness Evaluation) and WP5 (Dissemination and Exploitation). Business participants are not required to contribute any intellectual property to the project, yet if so it will be formally managed via WP3 (Quality Assurance).”
